Os meios parecem estar suplantando as atividades políticas, liderando as relações entre os cidadãos e o Estado, e envolvendo-se em todas as questões cruciais que circundam os interesses públicos. Assim, é importante observar até que ponto as comunicações podem substituir o papel desempenhado pelas instituições democráticas clássicas, tais como, os partidos políticos, pois ao criar líderes e definir uma agenda, demonstra seu novo potencial de poder político nas sociedades modernas e consequentemente alteram os sistemas democráticos tradicionais.An important question that if presents in the guideline of the science studies current politics is related to the effect of the Medias for the democracy.
