A participação feminina na vida político-social brasileira ante a constituição de 1988 : uma breve incursão sobre o poder judiciário no feminino

Abstract

Foi conquista das mulheres, com tradução na Lei Maior de 1988, a igualdade de direitos e de responsabilidades. Apesar de a Constituição brasileira ser bem expressiva ao assinalar a ideia de que homens e mulheres têm direitos e obrigações iguais perante a lei, sabe-se que a letra da lei é passível de não corresponder às práticas vigentes. Como paradigma do entrosamento das mulheres no espaço público-político, pós-Constituição de 88, é interessante entender se este fato se traduz em um aumento de participação feminina no Poder Judiciário. Para tal, será utilizada uma metodologia de tipo qualitativa de análise e interpretação de textos.

Although the Brazilian Constitution, be very expressive, in highlighting the idea that men and women have equal rights and duties before the law, it is known that the letter of the law is liable to not correspond to current practices. As a paradigm for the integration of women in the public-political space, after the Constitution of 88, it is interesting to understand whether this fact translates into an increase in female participation in the Judiciary. To this end, a qualitative methodology of analysis and interpretation of texts will be used.
