Paraná, um território em disputa (1982-2010)

Abstract

Este trabalho se pauta, por meio de revisão bibliográfica e dados do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral (TRE), na disputa do território paranaense entre 1982 e 2010 por grupos políticos partidários. Identificou-se, nesse período, as principais frentes de poder que aglutinaram forças, partidos e segmentos sociais para a disputa do executivo estadual e do território paranaense, com o objetivo de normatizar e organizar a sociedade e o território de acordo com os interesses do bloco de poder. A partir da contextualização histórica é possível constatar a presença de duas frentes políticas antagônicas no período e identificar sua forma, conteúdo e intencionalidades. A frente lernista versus a frente requiainista que se alternaram em ciclos no governo do estado do Paraná.This study assesses, through a bibliographic review and data from the Regional Electoral Courts (TRE), party political groups' particularities and disputes over the territory and government of Paraná from 1982 to 2010. The main power fronts that brought together forces, parties and social segments to the dispute between the state executive and the territory of Paraná, in order to regulate and organize society and territory in accordance with the interests of the power bloc were identified. From the historical contextualization, one can notice two antagonistic political fronts in the period as well as their form, content and intentionality: the lernista front and the requiainista front have alternated in cycles in the state government of Paraná.
