Abstract

Trata-se dos conceitos de votos válidos, nulos e em branco, objetivando esclarecer que o resultado da apuração das cédulas que contemplem votos em suas variadas categorias deve representar com fidelidade a vontade do eleitor ao exercitar o seu direito de voto. Destaca-se a necessidade da uniformização absoluta das cédulas para garantir o sigilo do voto e a lisura do pleito. Conclui-se que, em matéria de ordem pública, a conveniência das partes não paralisa a ação da Justiça, porque esta defende imparcialmente o verdadeiro interesse da sociedade.It deals with the concepts of valid, null and blank votes, in order to clarify that the result of the calculation of the ballots that contemplate votes in their varied categories, must faithfully represent the will of the voter when exercising their right to vote. It highlights the need for absolute uniformity of ballots to guarantee the secrecy of the vote and the smoothness of the lawsuit. It concludes that in the matter of public order, the convenience of the parties does not paralyze the action of justice, because it defends impartially the true interest of society.
