A inteligência artificial como ferramenta de auxílio na identificação da prática de propaganda eleitoral antecipada

Abstract

Partindo de uma breve análise dos atos normativos que possibilitam e regulamentam o uso da Inteligência Artificial (IA) no âmbito do Poder Judiciário brasileiro, o presente estudo discorre sobre a evolução jurisprudencial do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral na análise e definição do ilícito eleitoral consistente na prática de propaganda eleitoral antecipada. Apresenta-se ainda, uma solução prática, mediante uso da IA, para auxiliar os magistrados da Justiça Eleitoral na análise de representações que tenham como objeto a a legação dessa prática.Based on a brief analysis of the normative acts that enable and regulate the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the scope of the Brazilian Judiciary, this study discusses the jurisprudential evolution of the Superior Electoral Court in the analysis and definition of the electoral offense of the practice of early electoral propaganda. It also presents a practical solution, through the use of AI, to assist Electoral Justice magistrates when analyzing representations that have as their object an allegation of this practice.
