México, eleições 2012 : a volta do PRI?

Abstract

Este trabalho se divide em três partes, na primeira analisa-se a força eleitoral do PRI em nível nacional, mais especificamente o lugar que ocupou na Câmara de Deputados e de Senadores nestes últimos doze anos. Na segunda parte, revisa-se o comportamento eleitoral do PRI em nível estadual, para ver se o impacto da alternância em nível federal repercutiu em nível local. Por último, apresentam-se algumas reflexões sobre o processo democrático no México depois da transição.This work is divided in three parts, the first analyzes the electoral strength of the PRI at the national level, more specifically the place it occupied in the House of Representatives and Senators in the last twelve years. In the second part, reviews the electoral behavior of the PRI in the state level, to see if the impact of alternation at the federal level reflected at the local level. Finally, presents some reflections about the democratic process in Mexico after the transition.
