Organização partidária após colapso do sistema partidário : a organização dos partidos andinos

Abstract

Analisa a organização de onze partidos andinos (MAS, UN, AP, CREO, PC, PL, PLU, FP, PNP, MPJ e PSUV) através da comparação de seus estatutos. A comparação ocorre a partir da identificação da ausência e/ou presença de certas características em seus estatutos. As décadas de 1990 e 2000 a região dos Andes atravessou por uma forte crise econômica, política e social, que afetou seus sistemas partidários, levando-os ao colapso (com exceção da Colômbia) e a substituição dos seus partidos tradicionais por novas agremiações originárias do período de crise. Como premissa central, argumenta que a organização dos partidos da região foi afetada pelo período e isso incentivou a formação de organizações centradas em suas lideranças ao invés, de seu fortalecimento.It examines the organization of eleven Andean parties (MAS, UN, AP, CREO, PC, PL, PLU, FP, PNP, MPJ and PSUV) by comparing its statutes. The comparison occurs from the identification of the absence and / or presence of certain characteristics in its statutes. The decades of 1990 and 2000 to the Andean region crossed by a strong economic crisis, political and social, which affected their party systems, causing them to collapse (with the exception of Colombia) and the replacement of the traditional parties for new associations originating in period of crisis. As a central premise, it argues that the organization of the parties in the region was affected by the period and this encouraged the formation of organizations centered on their leadership instead of their strengthening.
