Apresenta uma retrospectiva das mudanças ocorridas no sistema político brasileiro desde a promulgação da Constituição de 1988, apontando críticas acerca da tendência de supervalorização do discurso reformista na democracia brasileira nos últimos 30 anos.
It presents a retrospective of the changes that have taken place in the Brazilian political system since the promulgation of the 1988 Constitution, pointing out criticisms about the tendency of overvaluation of the reformist discourse in Brazilian democracy in the last 30 years.
