Requisitos formais e materiais para o regular exercício do sufrágio universal : uma análise prática

Abstract

O sufrágio universal, proclamado em declarações de direitos humanos em sua mais recente versão de 1948, tem por escopo trazer uma maior abertura e participação às áreas da política, do trabalho e da vivência às pessoas outrora relegadas. No entanto, a proclamação visa à melhor execução em circunstâncias factíveis, não à realidade própria e determinada. Dessarte, o presente artigo visa trazer uma abordagem prática realista do parâmetro presente e sua regulação.The universal suffrage proclaimed in the most recent version of the Declaration of Human Rights, in 1948, has the scope of providing greater room and participation in the areas of politics, work and the coexistence of people. However, the proclamation only aims to improve execution in feasible circumstances, not to a determined reality. Thus, the present article brings a realistic practical approach from the present parameter and its regulation.
