Abstract

Estuda a participação direta no sistema democrático, especialmente na análise do projeto de lei de iniciativa popular, analisando aspectos políticos e históricos para demonstrar como ocorria a citada participação na antiguidade. Estuda a evolução da participação democrática até o advento da Constituição Federal de 1988, procurando demonstrar a importância de tal participação popular na concretização da democracia nos dias atuais, defendendo a utilização dos mecanismos de informatização desenvolvidos pela modernidade na criação de um sistema digital de assinaturas vinculado ao Tribunal Superior Eleitoral para proposição de projetos de lei popular. Adota o método dedutivo e, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, conclui ser tal sistema plenamente viável.It makes a brief survey on direct participation in the democratic system, especially in the analysis of the draft law on popular initiative.
