Resumo
Visa elucidar as vias legais pelas quais se pode aceder à
ferramenta da democracia e cassação de mandato. Desse modo, a justiça especializada, a
Eleitoral, pode exercer seu papel de órgão judicante e, junto à fiscalização popular e pública,
pode, também, exercer a obrigação constitucional da probidade e do bem comum.
It seeks to elucidate the legal routes by which the tools of democracy can be accessed, including the removal from office of elected officials. In this way, the specialized electoral justice system can exercise its legal role, and together with public oversight can also enforce the constitutional obligation of probity and the common good.
