Abstract

Analisa a prática da selfie na urna, explorando as nefastas possibilidades encobertas pelo ato de aparência inocente. Discutiremos também os fundamentos que culminaram em sua proibição. Para tanto, utilizaremos o método histórico-comparativo, traçando uma relação entre sigilo do voto e democracia representativa. Pretende-se, com este trabalho, alertar os responsáveis pela fiscalização do pleito sobre a necessidade de aguçar a vigilância diante de tal prática, ao tempo em que se espera deixar evidente a potencialidade lesiva da ação em análise.Analyze the practice of Selfie in the ballot box, exploring the nefarious possibilities hidden by the seemingly innocent act. We will also discuss the ideological foundations which culminated in her ban, therefore, we will use the historical method \ comparative, drawing a relationship between secrecy of the vote and representative democracy. It is intended with this work, alert all responsible for monitoring the election about the need to sharpen surveillance on the practice at the time are expected to leave evident the potential harmful of the action under review.
