Resumo
Aborda la relación que existe entre los niveles de información y conocimiento político de los
ciudadanos (el saber político) y la pluralidad electoral en el Estado de Sinaloa, México, particularmente
las alternancias en los gobiernos municipales; sostiene, que dicha pluralidad tiene que ver con los
niveles de información y conocimiento político de los ciudadanos y donde, a mayores niveles de
información y conocimiento politico de los ciudadanos, mayores niveles de pluralidad y alternancia. Se
realizó una encuesta y creó un índice para ver si dicha hipótesis se mantenía, observándose que,
efectivamente, a mayores índices de información y conocimiento politico de los ciudadanos, mayores
niveles de pluralidad y alternancia
It addresses the relationship between the levels of information and political knowledge of citizens and the electoral plurality in the state of Sinaloa, México, particularly the alternations in municipal governments. That means, plurality has to do with the levels of information and political knowledge of citizens and where, at higher levels of information and political knowledge may happen higher levels of plurality and alternation. A survey was conducted and created an index to see if this hypothesis is maintained, showing that indeed, higher rates of information and political knowledge of citizens means higher levels of plurality and alternation
