A importância do mesário no processo eleitoral

Abstract

Trata-se de um trabalho científico com a finalidade de examinar a importância do mesário para realização do pleito eleitoral, tendo por objetos leis, decisões dos diversos órgãos judiciais que o utilizam. A problemática foi colocada devido à necessidade da sociedade, de uma maneira geral, diante das demandas atuais. Num primeiro momento, busca-se informar a respeito dos conceitos de democracia, eleição e mesário. Na seqüência, aborda-se mais especificamente a figura do mesário voluntário. E, por último, passa-se a análise da importância do papel dessa figura no processo eleitoral. A pesquisa trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica e conta com a contribuição de autores na área de direito eleitoral mencionados na bibliografia.It is a scientific work in order to examine the importance of the Keeper to carry out the elections, with the objective laws, decisions of various courts that use it. The problem was posed by the need of society, in general, given the current demands. At first, it seeks to inform about the concepts of democracy, election, and keeper. Subsequently, it addresses more specifically the figure of the keeper volunteer. And, finally, is the analysis of the importance of this figure in the electoral process. The research it is a literature review and includes contributions from authors in the area of electoral law mentioned in the bibliography.
