Eleições suplementares e o princípio da soberania popular

Confirmada a decisão de indeferimento de registro de candidatura, ou ainda, que importe na cassação de mandato de candidato eleito em pleito majoritário, o Tribunal deverá convocar eleições suplementares, independentemente do trânsito em julgado.
