Abstract

Visa aclarar aspectos acerca da organização dos partidos políticos no Brasil, especificamente no tocante à sua contabilidade e finanças. Assim, são analisadas as formas de cada um prestar contas à sociedade por meio de procedimento perante a Justiça Eleitoral. Ao mesmo tempo, o texto discorre sobre os impactos práticos que as prestações de contas geram em zonas eleitorais interioranas, que acabam tendo o volume de análises de contas aumentado devido a procedimentos iniciados por declarações de ausência de movimentação financeira. Assim, o texto aponta alguns problemas enfrentados pela Justiça Eleitoral, propondo ideias para desburocratizar o Judiciário.It aims to clarify aspects about the organization of political parties in Brazil, specifically regarding their accounting and finances. Thus, the ways in which each political party accounts to society will be analyzed by means of proceedings before the Election Justice. At the same time, the text discusses the practical impacts that accountability generates in inland electoral zones, which end up having the volume of account analysis increased by procedures initiated by declarations of absence of financial movement. Therefore, the text points some problems faced by the Election Justice, proposing ideas to reduce bureaucracy in the Judiciary.
