Resumo
Enumera as principais mudanças impostas ao regime das inelegibilidades no Direito Eleitoral Brasileiro pela Lei Complementar (LC) 135, de 4 de junho de 2010, chamada de Lei da ficha limpa, trazendo um breve histórico da sua origem e informações básicas a respeito das inelegibilidades. Além disso, apresenta a evolução da jurisprudência do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) a respeito de alguns dos seus
dispositivos mais polêmicos desde a entrada em vigor da lei.
It enumerates the principal changes brought to the Brazilian's Law ineligibility regime by the Complementary Law n. 135/2010, called "Clean Sheet Law"; brings a brief history about its origins and basic information about ineligibilities. Besides, presents the evolution of the Federal Supreme Court's cases about some of its most polemical issues, since the implementation of the law.
