Aborda os avanços legislativos e jurisprudenciais em prol da maior participação da mulher na política brasileira, bem como os principais desafios enfrentados para a efetivação dos direitos que vêm sendo conquistados ao longo do tempo pelo gênero feminino, na busca por efetiva representatividade nos poderes Legislativo e Executivo.It addresses the legislative and jurisprudential advances in favor of greater participation of women in politics, as well as the main challenges faced for the realization of rights that have been conquered over time by the female gender, in the search for effective representation in the Legislative and Executive branches.
